Join as our member

Are you interested in becoming our member? As our member you can purchase the Finnish Chess Federation’s licence which is required to participate in SELO rating tournaments. You can also receive a newsletter to your email with information about our upcoming events. As our member you also have an important part in supporting our activities.

Our membership fee in 2026 is 20 euros. The membership is valid until the end of 2026. You can join by filling out the membership form below. After that we’ll send you the payment info. You can also pay your membership fee during our events.

Youth membership

We require a youth membership if you’re using the Boostii benefit. The youth membership is valid as long as the youth activities last during that semester. This applies to the youth chess groups as well as the school chess clubs.

The youth membership fee is included in the youth chess groups and school chess clubs fee. Please notice that the youth membership doesn’t allow you to purchase the Finnish Chess Federation’s licence. If you need the licence, you can join as our regular member.

Membership form

You join as our member by filling out this form. If you’re using the Boostii benefit and joining as a youth member, you can fill out the separate youth membership form.
