Boostii benefit
TuTS is a part of the city of Turku's Boostii benefit system. Every citizen of Turku who is aged 7–19 years is eligible for the Boostii benefit which they can use to pay for the participation fees of our youth chess groups and school chess clubs.
TuTS requires everyone using the Boostii benefit to join as our youth member. The fee for the youth membership is included in the participation fees and the membership continues for the duration of the group or club.
To claim the Boostii benefit the caretaker must log in to the Boostii benefit system. After logging in you should choose "Turun Työväen Shakkikerho" as the club and follow the instructions. Financial support
You can apply for financial support for the participation fees from the following organizations:
Hope ry (in Finnish)
Parishes in Turku and Kaarina (in Finnish)
Save The Children Finland (in Finnish)
You can also apply for financial support from Turun Shakkitoiminnan Tuki ry. You can send the applications for Turun Shakkitoiminnan Tuki ry to the chairperson of the organization Ville Junnila (viljun@utu.fi, 050 308 3433).
